I love this dish, because of the flavours that combines so well together and it is very easy to make. In less than 20 minutes it is ready.
The recipe is for 2 people
- 2 medium zucchini
- 5 garlic cloves, thinly cut
- 1 fresh chili pepper chopped
- 1 handful fresh coriander
- 500 gr Fresh shrimp
- Celtic Sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper.
- Olive oil
Start by washing the zucchini and cut it in a spiral machine into spaghetti-like shape. Peel and cut the garlic thinly. Remove the seeds from the chilli and chop it finely. Chop the coriander. Peel the prawns.
Take two pans, heat the olive oil over medium heat in both. Begin to fry half of the garlic cloves. When they start to get a little toasted pour the “spaghetti” zucchini and let it sizzle for about 5 minutes.
