Müsli – glutenfree

I don´t eat gluten and I try to completely avoid cow milk as well. Now and then I enjoy yoghurt from goat and then I like to have some Müsli to go with that. This one is really easy to make.

Müsli – glutenfree

  • 1 Cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup of Sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup of almonds
  • 1 cup of pumpkinseeds
  • 1 cup of Walnuts
  • ½ Cup of sesame seeds
  • ½ cup of Grated Coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Cardamom
  • 3 Tbsp. Coconut oil

Coarsely chop the hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts. Mix together with pumpkinseeds, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, cinnamon and cardamom in a large bowl. Add the vanilla and the coconut oil and mix well together.

Preheat the oven until 175 C. Place the mixture on a baking paper and toast it in the oven for about 15- 20 minutes until the nuts become slightly golden brown.

Remove and let cool down. Now you can add dry fruit if you like. I normally add fresh berries instead to my bowl when I eat.

Store the Müsli in a glass container.
