I have mention earlier that it’s not often I eat bread. But sometimes it can be good if you need to bring a lunch pack or on a trip like air flight. This recipe I found on the blog 56 kg, I changed it a bit to make it fit the paleo style better. I have made them 2 times and they are really good, they are fine to freeze as well.
Ingredients for 6 buns.
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr peeled sesame seeds
- 200 gr sunflower seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Psyllium Husk powder
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 250 gr grated manchego (sheep cheese)
- 100 ml yogurt from goat, if you don´t find it, you can take coconut milk.
- Sesame seeds for topping.
Turn on the oven to 180 degrees C. Beat the eggs until fluffy. Mix sesame seeds and sunflower seeds into flour in a food processor. Mix with psyllium husk powder and baking powder. Beat in the flour mixture into the egg mixture, stir in the cheese and yoghurt. Let stand for 10 minutes to rest. Then form to 6 buns on a baking paper. Sprinkle sesame seeds over. Bake in the center of the oven for about 20 minutes.
Very delicious!
