We are renting out our apartment in Vila Real de Santo Antonio in the Algarve South-East Portugal, 50 min from Faro International Airport, just off the border to Spain and the Atlantic with its vast beaches. Vila Real de Santo Antonio is a pleasant and quiet little town that lives all year round, characterized by sports activities, swimming, good food, proximity to Spain, Alentejo with its amazing wines, plenty of golf courses in the area, etc.
The apartment is completely new. It’s located on the first floor and has 110 m2 of open plan layout; 2 bedrooms with 4 beds and a bathroom each, living room and kitchen and a large balcony facing west.
All rooms have AC / Heating, bathroom floor heating, bedrooms have ceiling fans and all windows are insulated. There is free internet and TV with box, fireplace, as well as access to laundry and it is well equipped with sheets, towels (also for beach), crockery, glasses, pots, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, hot air oven combined with microwave oven and a drinking water purification filter.
The apartment is centrally located in a quiet area and 500 meters from the Guadiana River, is a 5 min walk to the supermarket, 5 min to the local fish & vegetable market and 2 min to the gym.
